By using our services, whether as a guest, as a registered user or otherwise, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions applies between all users of the SootMC Network which is defined as, but is not limited to the following: 1) the SootMC Server for Minecraft (play.sootmc.net), 2) the SootMC Website (nameless.sootmc.net) and 3) the SootMC Store (store.sootmc.net). If you do not completely agree to these Terms and Conditions, then you must not use any of our Services.

The providers of these services are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only. 

These services are only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are younger than this, please do not register for any of our services, if you have an alter who is younger-minded, please try to keep them away from these services as best you can. If you register for any of our services, you are stating that you are of this age or older.

Any content you submit, upload or otherwise make available on our services may be reviewed by our Moderation team and may be sent to third-party verifcation services such as spam prevention services. Do NOT submit any content that you may consider to be private or confidential.

Our Moderation team holds the right to remove or modify any content that you may have submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We hold the right to terminate your access to any and all parts of our services at any time.

By submitting any content to our services, you are granting us with a permanent, irrevoacable, unlimited license to use, publish or republish your content in connection with our services. You will retain copyright over the content.
